Tips for optimizing the Accor loyalty program

The Rewards Points system

The ALL loyalty program is based on a points system. To get the most out of the ALL program, you need to accumulate as many points as possible. You can accumulate between 5 and 44 points for every 10 euros spent.

These points are called Rewards Points and depend on your status, the type of hotel and the amount spent. These points are earned each time you make a reservation at one of our partner establishments, via the channels of your choice (internet, telephone, etc.). Please note, however, that you cannot earn points when you book online. I recommend that you follow a few tips to earn as many points as possible.

Points for hotel stays

The idea is to benefit from preferential conditions thanks to nights spent in hotels or aparthotels belonging to or partnering with the Accor group. The more you sleep, the more points you earn! All participating brands earn a certain number of points, depending on status:

  • Classic: 25 points
  • Silver: 31 points
  • Gold: 37 points
  • Platinum: 44 points
  • Diamond: 44 points

Other brands also allow you to earn additional points, the number of which varies according to status.

Points earned on transport and car rentals

The ALL loyalty program also allows you to optimize the organization of your stay by combining the advantages of the various elements that make up the program, including parking and car rentals. The points accumulated depend on the service provider.

At Avis, for example, you can earn 150 points per day for rentals of 7 days or more (in all countries) and 125 Rewards Points per day for rentals of 1 to 7 days in the USA and Canada. The Ector Parking group offers 3 Rewards Points for every euro spent. Europcar offers up to 1,000 Rewards Points for each rental.

Points earned on flights

Airlines offer very attractive frequent flyer programs, such as Air France-KLM’s Flying Blue.

Joining ALL enables you to benefit from partnerships with some of these loyalty programs. For example, spending €2 with Air France-KLM earns you 1 Rewards Point. Rewards Points can be redeemed within the framework of major airline programs, such as Air France KLM, Finnair and Qatar Airways.

Points earned through online purchases

ALL has created an online shopping portal. You can earn Rewards Points by making purchases via this platform. The portal is available in France, Australia, the UK and the USA.

Points earned through other partners

The Accor group has teamed up with other economic players to offer its members a wide choice of services and products at preferential conditions. You can earn Rewards Points by making purchases from such leading names as Bagllerina, Delsey, La Vallée Village – Paris, Sofitel, Studio Harcourt, Parnasse, The Economist and Youboox.

Using Rewards Points

The ALL program allows you to use points accumulated at most Accor hotels. The value of 2000 points is equivalent to 40 euros. You can use all or part of your points for a single night’s stay, the only condition being that you must use a minimum of 2000 points.

Rewards Points can also be transferred to other reward programs, for example: Aero Mexico – Club Premier, Air Canada – Aeroplan, Air China – Phoenix Miles, Emirates – Skywards, Iberia – Iberia Plus, Japan Airlines – Jal Mileage Club, Singapore Airlines – KrisFlyer, etc. Count on between 1,500 and 4,000 miles earned for 4,000 Award Points.

Rewards Points earned on car rentals and transport can be used with 3 partners: Die Bahn – Bahn Bonus; Europcar and Eurostar – Club Eurostar. From a minimum of 2000 Rewards Points, you earn a certain number of loyalty points with these partners.

Finally, you can also use Rewards Points with the Paris Saint-Germain soccer club. Tickets are available in exchange for points to attend matches in the VIP ALL box at the Parc des Princes, and you can get a meeting with players. Once you’ve accumulated 2,000 Rewards points, the Shooting box gives you 20 euros to use on the brand’s collection.

Bottom line

The Accor Live Limitless loyalty program enables you to benefit from hotel stays and nights at attractive conditions. The benefits don’t stop there, thanks to Accor’s partnerships with airlines, transport providers, car rental companies and other economic players.
