Je vous rassure, en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral on ne prend pas que du gras mais aussi du muscle, c&rsquo;est le but d&rsquo;une prise de masse.<\/p>\n<p>Apr\u00e8s avoir consomm\u00e9 pendant plusieurs semaines beaucoup plus de calories que vous n&rsquo;en avez d\u00e9pens\u00e9, il est temps d&rsquo;inverser la tendance et <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/reead.com\/fr\/ventre-plat-5422009\">perdre le gras<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Oui j&rsquo;ai bien dit le gras, une s\u00e8che n&rsquo;est pas un r\u00e9gime, l&rsquo;objectif n&rsquo;est pas de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.reead.com\/fr\/augmenter-son-metabolisme-perdre-gras-108892017\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">perdre du poids mais uniquement le surplus de gras<\/a> tout en conservant vos muscles intacte.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>J&rsquo;ai du prendre 5 kilos en 2 mois pour atteindre 77 kilos, mon objectif est de 80 kilos, on croise les doigts !<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<h2>Musculation : conseils pour s\u00e9cher et perdre du poids<\/h2>\n<p>Voici les conseils que je vais moi-m\u00eame suivre d\u00e9but janvier \u00e0 la fin de ma prise de masse :<\/p>\n<h3>Me d\u00e9penser chaque jour<\/h3>\n<p>2 entrainements par semaine, 2 s\u00e9ances de cardio, les 3 autres jours, bougez, marchez, au moins 30 minutes par jours.<\/p>\n<h3>Br\u00fbler les graisses rebelles<\/h3>\n<p>Surveiller ma fr\u00e9quence cardiaque lors de mes s\u00e9ances de cardio avec mon <a href=\"https:\/\/www.reead.com\/fr\/wahoo-calcule-frequence-cardiaque-86522014\">Wahoo<\/a>, l&rsquo;objectif \u00e9tant de rester dans la moyenne de 70% de ma FC Max.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-9120\" src=\"https:\/\/www.reead.com\/fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/11\/seche-musculation.jpg\" alt=\"Felipe Camargo\" width=\"700\" height=\"776\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.reead.com\/fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/11\/seche-musculation.jpg 700w,  https:\/\/www.reead.com\/fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/11\/seche-musculation-413x458.jpg 413w,  https:\/\/www.reead.com\/fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/11\/seche-musculation-690x765.jpg 690w,  https:\/\/www.reead.com\/fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/11\/seche-musculation-235x260.jpg 235w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 700px) 100vw, 700px\" \/><\/p>\n<h3>Quelle alimentation pour une s\u00e8che musculaire ?<\/h3>\n<p>Diminuer progressivement et non brutalement l&rsquo;apport en glucides (c\u00e9r\u00e9ales, pomme de terre, riz&#8230;) et ne <a href=\"https:\/\/www.reead.com\/fr\/combien-proteines-perte-poids-4230852019\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">consommer que des calories issues de prot\u00e9ines<\/a> comme le poisson, du blanc d&rsquo;oeuf, de la Whey et certaines viandes maigres.<\/p>\n<h3>Les repas : quand manger ?<\/h3>\n<p>Par exemple, faire 5 repas au lieu de 3 par jours, un petit d\u00e9jeuner, un d\u00e9jeuner, un diner l\u00e9ger, et entre les 2, prendre 2 <strong>shaker de Whey<\/strong> avec un fruit. L&rsquo;id\u00e9e pour ne jamais laisser mon corps plus de 2\/3 heures sans nourriture.<\/p>\n<p>Cela \u00e9vitera qu&rsquo;il ne stocke plus de graisse, un corps priv\u00e9 de nourriture est un corps qui stocke \u00e0 la moindre occasion. N&rsquo;oubliez-pas qu&rsquo;il est important d&rsquo;\u00eatre en <strong>d\u00e9ficit caloriques<\/strong> pour <a href=\"https:\/\/www.reead.com\/fr\/jeune-intermittent-perdre-poids-3933662021\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">perdre du poids<\/a>, donc peut importe le nombre de repars, vous devez calculer le nombre maximale de calories \u00e0 absorber par jour.<\/p>\n<h3>S\u00e9ances de sport quotidiennes<\/h3>\n<p>Faire une s\u00e9rie d&rsquo;abdominaux par jour, perdre du gras n&rsquo;est pas la solution magique pour raffermir son ventre, il faut aussi bosser un peu et <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.reead.com\/fr\/3-exercises-pour-muscler-ses-abdos-21012010\">muscler ses abdos<\/a><\/strong> !<\/p>\n<p>Vous allez me dire plus facile \u00e0 dire qu&rsquo;\u00e0 faire, mais si on essaye pas on avance pas !<\/p>\n<h2>Renseignez-vous aupr\u00e8s des professionnels<\/h2>\n<p>Il est largement d\u00e9conseill\u00e9 de tester toutes les solutions susceptibles de croiser votre regard.
