Il se situe dans le haut du dos et est compos\u00e9 de trois faisceaux principaux :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>le sup\u00e9rieur (celui qui nous int\u00e9resse)<\/li>\n<li>le faisceau moyen<\/li>\n<li>le faisceau inf\u00e9rieur<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Ces faisceaux vont travailler ensemble et permettent de bouger et stabiliser les omoplates. Les exercices se montrent alors tr\u00e8s int\u00e9ressants en raison de l&rsquo;importance de la masse du muscle dans divers sports.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>\u00ab Shrug \u00bb, le haussement d&rsquo;\u00e9paules<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Afin de travailler la partie sup\u00e9rieure des trap\u00e8zes, le haussement d&rsquo;\u00e9paules est un excellent exercice. Tr\u00e8s connu, c&rsquo;est le m\u00eame mouvement que lorsque vous communiquez un \u00e9tonnement.<\/p>\n<p>En position debout, il suffit de hausser les \u00e9paules tout en gardant les bras le long du corps, puis de les rabaisser. Ainsi ce mouvement peut \u00eatre r\u00e9p\u00e9t\u00e9 de nombreuses fois avec des s\u00e9ries assez longues, selon la charge.<\/p>\n<p>Effectivement vous pouvez r\u00e9aliser cet exercice en prenant en main une barre charg\u00e9e de poids. Mais attention, la plus grosse erreur est de mettre trop de poids du premier coup, car des s\u00e9ries trop courtes ne font pas grossir les trap\u00e8zes.<\/p>\n<p>Pour effectuer des variantes, il est possible de faire le mouvement avec les deux \u00e9paules \u00e0 la fois ou l&rsquo;une apr\u00e8s l&rsquo;autre. L&rsquo;exercice pousse \u00e0 adopter une posture du buste l\u00e9g\u00e8rement vers l&rsquo;avant, pour \u00e9viter toute blessure, les genoux peuvent \u00eatre d\u00e9bloqu\u00e9s et l\u00e9g\u00e8rement pli\u00e9s. Il peut se pratiquer \u00e0 la poulie, avec une corde.<\/p>\n<p>En montant les coudes au-dessus des \u00e9paules, les bras devant viennent tenir la poulie.
