On l&rsquo;\u00e9crit aussi 1RM.<\/p>\n<p>Pour rappel, une r\u00e9p\u00e9tition se r\u00e9f\u00e8re au nombre de mouvements effectu\u00e9s dans une s\u00e9rie.<\/p>\n<h2>Quelle est l&rsquo;utilit\u00e9 de conna\u00eetre sa charge maximale ?<\/h2>\n<p>Tout simplement \u00e0 <strong>adapter nos charges \u00e0 notre <a href=\"https:\/\/www.reead.com\/fr\/musculation\/exercices-de-musculation\/\">programme de musculation <\/a><\/strong>et \u00e0 travailler efficacement. Comme c&rsquo;est un exercice fatiguant, je vous conseille de le faire en d\u00e9but de s\u00e9ance <a href=\"https:\/\/www.reead.com\/fr\/echauffements-etirements-musculation-bienfaits-4556402021\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>apr\u00e8s l&rsquo;\u00e9chauffement<\/strong><\/a>. Ces tests sont \u00e0 pratiquer au maximum entre 3 et 4 fois sur une s\u00e9ance, sinon vous \u00e9puiserez trop soudainement vos muscles et ralentirez consid\u00e9rablement votre progression.<\/p>\n<p>Enfin, certaines pratiques sont \u00e0 r\u00e9server aux pratiquants avanc\u00e9s. Je pense sp\u00e9cifiquement \u00e0 l&rsquo;exercice qui consiste \u00e0 mobiliser la charge la plus lourde possible pour vous.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>La m\u00e9thode la plus simple pour calculer sa charge maximale en musculation<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>La m\u00e9thode la plus simple pour calculer sa charge maximale consiste \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser plusieurs s\u00e9ries en augmentant les charges petit \u00e0 petit jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 arriver \u00e0 une charge qu&rsquo;on ne d\u00e9place qu&rsquo;avec difficult\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Chaque s\u00e9rie est suivie d&rsquo;une pause entre 2 et 3 minutes. Prenons un exemple : si pour ma premi\u00e8re s\u00e9rie, je parviens facilement \u00e0 10 r\u00e9p\u00e9titions de 10 kg au d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 couch\u00e9, je pourrais envisager de passer \u00e0 20 kg.<\/p>\n<p>Logiquement, ma performance devrait \u00eatre moindre. La charge de chaque s\u00e9rie est d\u00e9termin\u00e9e par le nombre de r\u00e9p\u00e9titions de la s\u00e9rie qui la pr\u00e9c\u00e8de.<\/p>\n<p>Si je ne fais que 6 r\u00e9p\u00e9titions de 20 kg, sans difficult\u00e9 toujours, j&rsquo;essaierai de soulever 30 kg pour la prochaine s\u00e9rie, etc. C&rsquo;est \u00e0 vous de doser, selon vos performances, la charge qui vous parait s&rsquo;approcher de votre charge maximale.<\/p>\n<p>La charge que vous ne parviendrez \u00e0 d\u00e9placer qu&rsquo;une seule fois au cours d&rsquo;une s\u00e9rie et au prix d&rsquo;un grand effort correspondra \u00e0 votre charge maximale. Facile, non ?<\/p>\n<h2><strong>La table de Berger<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Cette m\u00e9thode s&rsquo;appuie sur la r\u00e9p\u00e9tition maximale (RM) qui est \u00e0 distinguer de la charge maximale. \u00c0 la diff\u00e9rence de cette derni\u00e8re, elle ne renvoie pas au poids le plus lourd d\u00e9plac\u00e9 pour une seule r\u00e9p\u00e9tition mais au nombre maximum de r\u00e9p\u00e9titions r\u00e9alis\u00e9 pour une charge donn\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c0 partir de la RM, la table de Berger va me permettre d&rsquo;identifier le pourcentage de la 1RM gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 un tableau de correspondance qui associe pourcentage de la charge maximale et nombre de r\u00e9p\u00e9titions. R<\/p>\n<p>eprenons l&rsquo;exemple du d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 couch\u00e9 : je parviens \u00e0 6 r\u00e9p\u00e9titions de 75 kg. Pour 6 r\u00e9p\u00e9titions, je vois dans le tableau que je suis \u00e0 85,8 % de la 1RM. La formule pour trouver la charge maximale (donc 100 % de la 1RM) est la suivante :<\/p>\n<p>Charge maximale = Charge d\u00e9plac\u00e9e x 100 \/ % RM<\/p>\n<p>Soit dans notre cas :<\/p>\n<p>Charge maximale = 75 x 100 \/ 85,8<\/p>\n<p>Je me retrouve donc avec une 1RM d&rsquo;environ 87,4 kg. Notez cependant qu&rsquo;un des inconv\u00e9nients de cette m\u00e9thode est qu&rsquo;elle perd en fiabilit\u00e9 au-del\u00e0 d&rsquo;une dizaine de r\u00e9p\u00e9titions.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>La formule de Brzycki<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Cette m\u00e9thode permet d&rsquo;estimer th\u00e9oriquement la 1RM en partant de la charge mobilis\u00e9e et du nombre de r\u00e9p\u00e9titions jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 \u00e9puisement.<\/p>\n<p>Par rapport \u00e0 d&rsquo;autres m\u00e9thodes, elle a l&rsquo;avantage de ne pas placer le muscle en situation de traumatisme potentiel. En revanche, comme pour la table de Berger, elle tend \u00e0 perdre en justesse pass\u00e9 10 r\u00e9p\u00e9titions.
