En effet, le biceps n&rsquo;est en fait que l&rsquo;un des nombreux muscles \u00e0 faire travailler pendant de votre s\u00e9ance de sport. D&rsquo;ailleurs, lors des exercices, on d\u00e9veloppe simultan\u00e9ment plusieurs muscles du bras.<\/p>\n<p>Le biceps se constitue en r\u00e9alit\u00e9 de deux muscles (\u00ab bi \u00bb signalant le caract\u00e8re double du muscle en question) r\u00e9unis sous le nom de biceps brachial. Le biceps brachial est situ\u00e9 sur la face ant\u00e9rieure du bras. Il sert principalement \u00e0 fl\u00e9chir le bras et \u00e0 le faire tourner. Le biceps brachial se compose d&rsquo;une portion courte, plac\u00e9e dans la partie int\u00e9rieure du bras. Elle est recouverte par la portion longue.<\/p>\n<p>Juste en dessous du biceps brachial, on trouve le brachial ant\u00e9rieur. Ce muscle sert \u00e0 fl\u00e9chir le coude. En musculation, il permet de faire remonter le biceps brachial pour lui donner plus de volume. Le muscle brachio-radial, \u00e9galement appel\u00e9 long biceps ou long supinateur, se trouve lui aussi sous le biceps brachial. Tout comme le brachial ant\u00e9rieur, il sert \u00e0 fl\u00e9chir le coude. Le dernier muscle du bras s&rsquo;appelle le coraco-brachial.
