Planning
Janurary 16th 2009 (Starter) to February 15th
February 20th :
- The iMac winner will be announced by DJDOWNLOAD, Goom Radio and Reead.com
- The other remixes will be added on REEAD.com with music player and POOL until February 28th , the ten first will be released after signing an agreement.
+ The Album will be released as exclusive on DJDOWNLOAD
How to Participate? From January 15th to February 15th
- Download the vocals on DJDOWNLOAD.COM/reead
- Choose the track you want to remix (go to www.reead.com/nobodysinnocent to listen to original versions)
- Send your remix using www.soundcloud.com/rollrecords/dropbox before February 15th 11:59 am
Name your remix as:
NameOfTheTrack_yourDJname_YourRealName.wav
Ex:
Rewind_StephanEvansRemix_StephanD.wav

1. Can I Remix more than one track or make more than one remix for the same track ?
Yes! But we encourage you to make one excellent remix.
2. My remix will be released ?
If your remix is selected, it will be released on NOBODY’S INNOCENT ALBUM (REMIXED VERSION)
3. How will you choose the best remixes ?
The winner of the iMac (The First winner) will be selected by REEAD and the DJ DOWNLOAD TEAM on February 28th, after the others remixes will be added on Reead.com, your fans will have to vote for you to be in the TOP 10
4. When the votes will be closed ?
The votes will starts on February 20th, and finish on February 28th
5. If I’m the iMac winner, when I’ll receive my gift ?
Between March 30th and May 30th
6. That contest is open for everyone ?
Yes, if you are 18 and more, and a real music fan, all around the world.
7. Who is Reead?
Reead is a young French producer and singer, reached a top 20 on cool cut charts with his single BROTHER, and Rewind, selected on the WMC compilation and Dancefloor FG, famous CD COMP in France.

Hello.
I’m listening all the musics.
The first ideas that are comming to my head tend to dance music or electro-house.
It’s kinda obvious. I guess everyone will do that type of mix.
I’ve chosen 3 tracks. I’ll try something less comercial but for the clubs.
Rewind has great fx and ambience but those parts are not in pack :( The same happens on the other tracks… -

I guess I’ll have to give up now. On “Brother” the guitar was 48 khz and vocals 44 khz and even after conversion they had different length. I figured out the guitar had a tempo of 100 bpm but I just couldn’t line up the vocals.
And not much more luck with “nobody’s innocent” :( -

Hi all
Nobody’s Innocent’s original BPM is 110, all the musical samples are from the album version so you have to sample it if you want to use it with the vocal cause it’s extracted from the Stephane Evans’s forthcoming remix that is at 128 BPM.
We’ve preferred this vocal because of interested effects on.
If you have a problem to convert the guitar in 44khz, send me a mail at inty@orange.fr, i’ll send you the file in good format.

My finished wave file is in 44100hz 24bit quality.
Should I send it in that quality or should I resample it to 16-bit? -
